Most studios sell you a film. We sell you certainty about what happens to your car while it's in our hands. Here is exactly what we put in writing, and how each promise is backed.
Insured to the dollar
Your car is covered to its full value the entire time it is in our care, under garage-keeper's (care, custody & control) insurance held in writing. The single question most owners are afraid to ask, "what if my car is damaged in your shop?", is answered before you ever hand over the keys. We'll show you the policy on request.
Inspect before you pay
When the work is finished, you inspect the car under bright inspection lighting and approve it before a cent changes hands. If anything isn't right, it doesn't leave the studio, and you don't pay for it. The risk of a bad result sits with us, not with you.
Applied & inspected by the owner
Every vehicle is hand-applied and final-checked by Onyx, the founder. Not a rotating bench of junior techs, not a trainee on your Ferrari. One accountable craftsman, start to finish, so the standard never changes between the quote and the car.
Collected from your door, on request
We can arrange enclosed-trailer collection and return on request across West Vancouver, Shaughnessy and Coal Harbour, so your car never sees a public road in the wrong hands. Ask us when you book and we'll arrange the logistics around you.
STEK & PROTEK film, warranted in your name
We fit STEK DYNOshield and Canadian-made PROTEK, premium, self-healing films chosen for the wet coast. Each carries a manufacturer warranty of up to ten years against yellowing, cracking and lifting, registered in your name, not ours. A named, verifiable warranty, not a vague claim.
